Why Sanskrit is not a language?

Is Sanskrit a language? Linguists have observed the following :

Essential qualities of any language

Should be spoken by people. If not spoken,it is NOT a language.

Should be spoken by mother .WOMEN are banned to speak Sanskrit.HENCE SANSKRIT CANNOT BE A MOTHER TONGUE.If any language cannot qualify as MOTHER TONGUE,IT CANNOT QUALIFY AS A LANGUAGE.It is just a Code.

Should have WORDS with specific verifiable meanings.Sanskrit words DO NOT HAVE SPECIFIED MEANINGS which can be verified through an authorised dictionary.E.g.The word ‘Sanskrit’ itself has so many different meanings claimed by various people.

Should be available /open to any one willing to learn it in that society.Sanskrit learning is not open to all.

Should have a SPECIFIC PEOPLE speaking it.E.g. English spoken by the English people;Japanese,by the Japanese. There is NO PEOPLE CALLED SANSKRIT to speak Sanskrit.
